Academic Planning for the 2026-2027 School Year

Course Selection Process:
- January 27 - February 6: Counselors will be visiting all 9th-11th grade Social Studies classes to meet with students regarding course selections.
- Students and/or Parents will enter all student course selections into Schoolinks using the 26-27 PFISD Course Guide as reference.
- The deadline to enter course selections is February 6th. After this date, if courses are not entered, please contact the alpha counselor of your child for assistance with inputting course selections. At this point, the students will no longer be able to make any changes to their course request in Schoolinks.
- Course selection sheets will not be used this year. Courses, course descriptions and course numbers, endorsements, etc. can be found in the 2026-2027 Course Guide.
- Parents will need to review their students' course selections for the 2026-2027 school year through Schoolinks (please see below for access).
- If changes are needed, parents and/or students will submit change requests GOOGLE FORM TO SUBMIT COURSE CHANGES 26-27 YR.
- The deadline to submit changes will be Friday February 27th.
PFISD will be utilizing Schoolinks for course selections this year, ALL students need to complete the onboarding process (directions for onboarding found HERE) for Schoolinks to complete their course requests. Once the student has selected 8 courses and 3 alternate options, they will enter them in the "Course Planner" found under the "School" tab.
Students will have until Friday February 27th to finalize and make any course changes for next year in Schoolinks by using this GOOGLE FORM.
To access Schoolinks students will log into Classlink HERE, then open the Schoolinks Application. You can view the requested courses under the School Tab then Course Planner.
