Student Device Checkout

All students may check out a Chromebook free of charge. See the insurance page for more information about optional insurance coverage.

Before a student may check out a device, one of the following forms must be completed and signed:

Chromebook Loan Agreement (English)

Chromebook Loan Agreement - Spanish

Chromebook Loan Agreement - Vietnamese

Signed forms can be turned in to the library (CAVE) and devices checked out during the following times only:

• Before School
• During Lunches
• After School (until 4:30pm)

Printed copies of the forms are available in the library (CAVE).
