My Charger is Lost or Damaged

If you lose your charger or it is damaged, you will need to fill out a help ticket first. The replacement cost for the loss of a charger is $10.00 and can be paid in the district webstore. Select "Repair Fee" and enter your help ticket number on the form. Select the Charger Replacement Fee under Repair Payment.

Once you have paid and receive an emailed receipt, bring proof of this (can use your phone screen) to room C012 to pick up your replacement charger.
